Working hour Pick-up instruction (Between 07:00am – 07:00pm): Once you have collected your luggage, please call 0800 801166 to inform us that you are ready for pick-up by our shuttle. The shuttle bus typically arrives in about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D, where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is located outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the Best Car Rental Shuttle van and signal to the driver. You will be taken to our office for vehicle collection.
